Now you can put a photo on a mylar balloon for a truly special gift! Using our waterslip decals and temporary tattoo adhesive sheets you can customize your own balloon for that special occasion! Each kit comes with a 14" mylar balloon with a plain white center and a colorful border on the front, a full size sheet of clear Waterslip Decal and two sheets of the double sided medical grade adhesive. Full instructions are included. No spraying of the decals is necessary! Print, cut, peel and stick! Then just wet the back of the decal paper and slide it off - that's all there is to it!
